When you purchase Neurotinn, we collect the information necessary to process your order — your name, email address, and payment information. Payment data is processed by ClickBank and is never stored on our servers.
If you contact our support team, we retain your correspondence to resolve your request and improve our service.
We do not use session tracking cookies, fingerprinting, or behavioural advertising technologies.
Your email address is used to:
- Deliver access credentials and purchase confirmation
- Send product updates and protocol guidance
- Respond to support enquiries
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Orders are processed through ClickBank (Click Sales, Inc.), who act as the retailer of record. Their privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data. ClickBank is a registered trademark of Click Sales, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
We may use a transactional email provider to deliver order confirmations and support replies. These providers are prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than delivery.
We retain your purchase records as required for legal, tax, and accounting obligations — typically seven years. Support correspondence is retained for two years.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We will fulfil deletion requests within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.

We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit. We do not store financial data. Access to customer records is restricted to personnel who require it to fulfil support and fulfilment obligations.
The Neurotinn web application does not use cookies for tracking. Strictly functional session identifiers may be set to maintain your logged-in state. These are not used for any advertising or analytics purpose.
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email to customers with active accounts. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
